GRUB i la partició de Vista que no engega...

Hola,
escric en aquest fòrum donat que potser el problema es d'aquest sistema operatiu amb el tema del GRUB /particions...
El cas es que fa 5 dies vaig actualitzar la particio Ubuntu a lucid, des de el Gestor d'actualitzacions, i semblava que tot havia anat com una 'seda' , fins que vaig voler entrar a la partició on tinc el Vista i se'm queda la pantalla negre igual com si carregués lucid i no fa rés....
Des de els fòrums de ubuntu,m'han ajudat, he entrat amb el supergrub, he actualitzar el grub, he comprovat que el grub.cfg l'adreça fós la mateixa que abans de l'actulització i ho és...
I NO SE QUE MÉS MIRAR... ALGUNA SUGERÈNCIA?? es que necessito entrar per fer anar alguna aplicació que només va amb aquell SO...

I NO SE QUE MÉS MIRAR... ALGUNA SUGERÈNCIA?? es que necessito entrar per fer anar alguna aplicació que només va amb aquell SO...

Hola vicent, si es el primer que vaig mirar, també he entrat amb el SUPERGRUB i li dic reparar o engegar desde windows i no fa rés. Sempre em queda la pantalla negra com si volgués entrar a Lucid.... però no fa rés....

M'han comentat que pot ser que el grub s'hagi instal·lat a l'espai d'arrencada del Windows Vista.. quan tingui temps m'ho miraré... ja no sé que més mirar...porto dies donat-li voltes i perdent temps...

ahir vaig executar un script que m'ha generat un fitxer amb molta informació del meu sistema, entenc que el grub el tinc instal·lat al lloc que li pertoca...
que us sembla?que pot ser que la meva partició on tinc el vista no fa rés?
